MIXXEDFIT

MixxedFit® is a people-inspired dance fitness program that combines explosive dance movements with bodyweight toning. Moves are easy to follow and repetitive, we dance to Today’s Hits, R&B, Hip Hop, Pop, and basically whatever is trending on TikTok. :)

Created in the Greater Seattle area in 2013 by Lori Torres with the help of her partner Tilesa Swehla, MixxedFit® started in one location and grew to over 1,500 locations. We built our instructor team to over 7,000 MixxedFit® Instructors.

Find out all about MixxedFit® here. We are always looking for MixxedFit® Instructors to add to our organization. We would love to have you join our family and attend an upcoming instructor training!

DRIP

In MixxedFit® Drip, we run, we jump on boxes, we jump rope, we cycle, we lift, we use kettlebells, we shadowbox, we tone using dumbbells, medicine balls, battle ropes, rowing machines, and so much more.

Every day you’ll get a different WOD (workout of the day) that will challenge you physically and mentally. Classes are only 30-45 minutes in length so we go hard from the second the timer on the wall goes off. We will maximize your time by intentionally including intense cardio and strength training that focuses on endurance, upper body, lower body, and core every single class.

If you are looking for a fitness family, sisterhood, bro-hood, etc., this class is definitely for you.

TÅsi

In MixxedFit® Tåsi, we dance. We feel. We sway our hips. We body roll. We do slow and fast hip circles, hip inifinities (woah, what’s that?), hip isolations, and tons of booty pops. Every move will tone your entire body while working on flexibility as we incorporate various versions of dynamic stretching aimed to increase your range of motion.

We get a little sexy at times and at other times we just close our eyes because everything about this class will make you feel like we are dancing underneath a palm tree on a beach.

The word “Tåsi” (pronounced taw-see) means “ocean” in the Chamorro language. Its roots originate on the beautiful island of Guam and the Marianas - also where Lori Torres is from.

In this class, you will experience the best music and drumbeats from all over the world from Hawaiian, Reggae, to Afrobeats, Dance Hall, and so much more.
